U Trust Insurance Agency LLC is a growing insurance agency specializing in commercial trucking insurance. We help trucking companies and owner-operators across the United States manage their insurance needs through reliable service, efficient processes, and strong customer support.

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Business Processes Improvement & Automation Manager who will help us improve the way we operate by analyzing our current workflows, optimizing our technology stack, and implementing technical solutions that increase efficiency, productivity, and scalability.

This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional who understands both business operations and technology and can identify opportunities for improvement, recommend solutions, and successfully drive implementation.

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on professional who can act as a bridge between business teams and technology. You will analyze our existing processes, systems, and tools, identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and lead the implementation of automation and technology solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking, process improvement skills, and technical knowledge. You should be comfortable working with different teams, understanding business challenges, translating requirements into technical solutions, and collaborating with developers or external technology partners.

This is a highly impactful role where you will help shape our operational infrastructure and support the company’s long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and technology systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Evaluate current tools, platforms, and software solutions and recommend enhancements or replacements when needed.
  • Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Design and implement process improvements across departments, including Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Administration.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for developers and technology partners.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure solutions meet operational needs.
  • Manage technology implementation projects from planning through deployment and optimization.
  • Create process documentation, workflows, and system guidelines to improve consistency and scalability.
  • Research and recommend new technologies, AI solutions, integrations, and automation tools that can improve business performance.
  • Analyze data and system usage to measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Support ongoing optimization of CRM, ERP, communication, reporting, and other business systems.
  • Train team members on new tools, workflows, and technology improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business systems analysis, operations optimization, automation, or digital transformation.
  • Ability to analyze complex workflows and identify areas for improvement.
  • Experience implementing automation solutions, integrations, or workflow improvements.
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate effectively with developers and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI tools and automation platforms.
  • Experience working with software development teams.
  • Background in insurance, finance, operations, or other process-driven industries.
  • Experience managing technology adoption and change management initiatives.
