Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle accounting, monthly and year-end closing, project cost and payroll accounting via 1C system.
Prepare, sign and submit statutory financial, tax (VAT, CIT, IIT, Social Tax) and statistical reports in a timely manner.
Coordinate with tax authorities and communicate with government institutions, including tax bureaus, statistics bureaus and banks.
Approve payments, monitor cash flow, reconcile bank accounts and oversee cross-border fund settlements.
Standardize accounting vouchers, AKT acts and financial archives; establish and maintain internal financial controls.
Lead the accounting team, coordinate external audits and support group financial reporting to the parent company.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.

Requirements:

Deep knowledge of the Kazakhstan Tax Code and NAS.
Strong proficiency in 1C.
Solid experience as a Chief Accountant within Kazakhstan-based companies.
Fluent Russian and English for group communication. Chinese language skills are highly preferred.
Familiarity with local tax audits and government liaison procedures.
Strong risk awareness, attention to detail, and a high level of responsibility
