- Provide overall leadership and direction for IKF operations, ensuring efficient functioning of all plant and administrative activities.
- Lead and coordinate all operational departments including manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, administration, HR, finance, logistics, and compliance.
- Ensure the plant operates in accordance with corporate governance standards and Uzbekistan regulatory requirements.
