Cold Email Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a technical specialist to own, manage, and scale our outbound email infrastructure.

Please note: this is NOT a copywriting, sales, or lead generation role. Our team fully handles writing, data sourcing, and launching email sequences. Your sole responsibility is ensuring the technical health, deliverability, and scalability of our outbound email infrastructure.

Project Language: English (C1 level required — all communication is conducted in English).

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, purchase, and fully manage sending domains and subdomains.

• Create and configure inboxes across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

• Flawlessly configure all DNS records, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX.

• Warm up new domains and consistently monitor inbox health.

• Rotate domains and inboxes proactively to maintain high deliverability rates.

• Monitor spam rates, domain reputation, and overall infrastructure health.

• Provide rapid troubleshooting if domains or emails drop into spam folders.

• Maintain comprehensive internal documentation for the sending infrastructure.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven hands-on experience managing cold email infrastructure at scale.

• Deep technical understanding of email deliverability principles and modern spam filter algorithms.

• Proficiency with core tools: Smartlead and Instantly (required), Clay, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and domain registrars (Namecheap, Cloudflare, etc.).

• Comfort managing and scaling an infrastructure from 100 active inboxes to thousands.

• Strong attention to detail, a structured mindset, and a proactive approach to monitoring.

• Fluent verbal and written English (C1) to sync effectively with an international team.
