We continue to expand the team and we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in the English language;
  • German language will be a plus;
  • Sociability and stress tolerance;
  • Experienced PC user;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure;
  • Self-organization, willingness to learn and grow;
  • A positive attitude;
  • Team player with customer oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries vie chats and emails;
  • Assist in solving customer problems and current issues;
  • Make daily reports;
  • Shift schedule 2/2 (shift 12 hours, alternation of day and night shifts). Shift are not flexible.
