IT Park Uzbekistan is seeking a proactive and results-driven Data Center Partnerships & Attraction Specialist to support the development of Uzbekistan's rapidly growing digital infrastructure ecosystem.
In this role, you will work with global technology companies, investors, cloud providers, and data center operators to attract investment and facilitate the development of data center projects in Uzbekistan. You will play a key role in building partnerships and supporting strategic initiatives that contribute to the country's digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain relationships with international and local data center operators and infrastructure providers.
- Identify, engage, and attract potential investors, tenants, hyperscalers, cloud providers, and enterprise customers.
- Coordinate negotiations and support companies throughout the market entry and project implementation process.
- Conduct market research and contribute to the development of strategies aimed at strengthening Uzbekistan's data center ecosystem.
- Participate in initiatives related to regulatory improvements and investment attraction.
- Coordinate activities with stakeholders from the energy, telecommunications, infrastructure, and government sectors.
- Prepare analytical reports, presentations, investment materials, and business cases.
- Support the organization of meetings, business missions, and negotiations with international partners.
- Monitor global trends in data center infrastructure, cloud computing, and digital technologies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, infrastructure, telecommunications, IT, investment attraction, or related fields.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in project coordination and stakeholder management.
- Understanding of digital infrastructure, cloud technologies, telecommunications, investment projects, or related industries.
- English proficiency at a working level (B2 or higher) is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to structure information effectively.
- Proactive mindset, strategic thinking, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working with international companies or multinational organizations.
- Experience in investment attraction, public-private partnerships, or infrastructure projects.
- Background in data centers, cloud services, telecommunications, real estate, or consulting.
- Understanding of the regional digital infrastructure market and technology ecosystem.
- Experience interacting with government institutions or regulatory authorities.
- Additional foreign language skills will be considered an advantage.
