Responsibilities:
- E-2-E business-process modeling and decomposition of the requirements;
- Developing and management of functional requirements, use cases and detailed design specifications;
- Supporting Development and Quality Assurance teams and clarifying requirements on day to day basis;
- Working closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to capture business requirements;
- Impact analysis and proposal of solution variants;
- Participating in project planning activities together with project managers, solution architects and technical managers;
- Communicating with internal product teams to identify possible out of the box solutions and best practices.
Requirements:
- Requirements Analysis and Management (Business, Functional and Non-Functional Requirements)
- Negotiation skills
- Severity estimation experience
- Knowledge of troubleshooting approaches
- Good knowledge of BPMN/UML, SQL (writing queries, simple joins), Excel (pivots), Confluence, JIRA
- Higher education in a technical or economics field
- Intermediate English level
Nice to have:
- Experience with ERP and/or CRM support
- Experience in the financial sector
