Finance & Accounting Manager for Hadith hotel 5*

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all finance and accounting activities of the company.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis accurately and timely.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and company expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate audits, tax filings, and financial documentation with external parties.
• Develop and implement financial controls, procedures, and reporting systems.
• Support management in financial planning and business decision-making.
• Supervise accounting staff and ensure accuracy in bookkeeping and financial records.
• Analyze financial performance and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in managerial level.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software systems.
• Able to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
