Full-stack Developer (AI-assisted) — Flutter / Node.js / TypeScript

About the role

We're building PingTop — a fast-scaling, next-gen product with a modern, AI-first engineering process. We work with AI agents directly in the IDE every day (it's core to how we ship, not an experiment). You'll build across mobile (Flutter) and backend (Node.js/TypeScript) on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features in our Flutter mobile app and Node.js + TypeScript backend services
• Use an AI agent in your IDE (Cursor / Claude Code / Copilot) as your primary development tool — prompt, review, verify, and ship
• Integrate the app with backend REST APIs
• Deploy and monitor services on AWS
• Participate in code reviews; write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
• Communicate clearly with the team in English (daily standups, PRs, docs)

Requirements

• English — primary requirement: confident spoken and written English (you'll work and communicate in English every day)
• Working knowledge of at least several of: Flutter (Dart), Node.js, TypeScript
• Basic AWS knowledge (EC2/ECS, S3, Lambda, reading logs)
• Hands-on experience using an AI agent in the IDE — able to brief the agent, review its output, and take ownership of what ships
• Confident with VS Code and Git (commit, branch, PR)
• Fast learner, curious, takes ownership

Nice to have

• REST APIs, WebSocket, PostgreSQL/MongoDB
• Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
• Experience publishing mobile apps (App Store / Google Play)
• Prior remote/distributed-team experience
