HEAD OF MULTI-FAMILY OFFICE (MFO)
You will serve as the primary coordinator for the local and international client ecosystem, managing communication between regional and global teams and supporting clients with cross-border requirements.
About the Company and Reporting Line:
Our client is seeking a senior Head of MFO to lead the office’s commercial strategy, client leadership, and overall service model. This is a leadership position with direct responsibility for shaping the MFO platform, building trust with key families, and acting as the main decision-maker on client matters.
Reporting to: Board of Directors / Owners.
Candidate Requirements:

Experience: 10+ years of experience in the UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) sector and private client services. Proven track record in cross-border advisory.

Skills: Expert knowledge in asset structuring, private banking, complex negotiations, and pricing models. Extensive professional network within global banking and service provider sectors.

Professional and Personal Qualities: Strong leadership, ability to act as a "Trusted Advisor," strategic vision, capability to build service ecosystems, and sound risk management skills. Fluency in both English and Russian is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

Shaping and developing the overall Multi-Family Office business model.

Managing key client families and nurturing high-level relationships.

Designing the development strategy for the service platform and partner network.

Leading major client mandates and approving service delivery structures.

Participating in complex international negotiations on behalf of clients and the firm.

Overseeing the commercial framework, including pricing strategy and P&L performance.

Ensuring service quality and alignment with the established risk appetite.

Coordinating cooperation with external banks, legal counsels, and tax advisors.

Making final decisions on sophisticated client cases and asset structuring.

Acting as the "face of the business," converting client trust into long-term mandates.
