Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all hotel operations to ensure efficient performance and exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and supervise department heads, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all departments.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, revenue generation, and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, hospitality standards, and local regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, business partners, vendors, and government authorities.
  • Review operational reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve overall hotel performance.
  • Resolve major guest complaints and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
  • Ensure the hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, security, and service quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of management experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years as a Hotel General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent financial management and budgeting knowledge.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and guest service standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Professional appearance with strong customer-oriented mindset.
