We are looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and professional HR Administration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full cycle of HR documentation and personnel records in strict compliance with the Labor Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with a specific focus on managing complex shift rosters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End HR Operations: Draft, update, and maintain employment contracts, addendums, job descriptions, and internal company policies. Process employee onboarding, transfers, leaves, business trips, and terminations.

  • Shift Roster & Time Management: Create, maintain, and verify complex shift schedules and timesheets (working hour logs). Manage summarized tracking of working hours (суммированный учет рабочего времени), ensuring compliance with night shifts, weekend work, and holiday pay regulations.

  • State System Management: Ensure timely registration, modification, and termination of employment contracts on the state portal Enbek.kz.

  • Payroll Collaboration: Collect and process sick leaves, night shift hours, and holiday premiums to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing in collaboration with the Finance team.

  • Personnel Records & Archiving: Create, organize, and maintain physical and digital personal files of employees, labor books, and HR archives.

  • Advisory Support: Provide day-to-day HR administrative support and counsel employees on Kazakhstani labor law queries regarding shift work and company internal regulations.

Core Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Legal Knowledge: Deep and up-to-date knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (RK), specifically regulations regarding shift work, night hours, and summarized accounting of working hours.

  • Experience: Proven track record in HR administration, with mandatory experience managing shift schedules (e.g., in retail, manufacturing, logistics, production, or hospitality sectors).

  • Language Skills:

    • English: Intermediate / Upper-Intermediate.

    • Russian / Kazakh: Professional proficiency to draft official legal documents and interact with local state authorities.

  • Technical Skills: Confident user of 1С:Enterprise (version 8.3 ZUP), MS Office (strong Excel skills are required for roster management), and digital document management systems.

  • Soft Skills: High attention to detail, exceptional organizational and time-management skills, and absolute discretion when handling confidential information.
