Junior+ Automation QA Engineer

IBA IT Park is looking for an Automation QA Engineer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in test automation using Java and Selenium / Selenide. You will be part of a dynamic team working on a variety of projects in sectors such as online education, banking, logistics, and more. Skills:

• 1+ year of experience in QA/testing;
• Experience with manual UI testing: test case design, functional and regression testing, exploratory testing;
• Basic to intermediate-level proficiency in Java;
• Hands-on experience (or solid pet-project experience) with Selenium or Selenide;
• Understanding of test design techniques (equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, etc.);
• Experience writing clear bug reports and test documentation (test cases, checklists);
• Basic understanding of the SDLC and QA processes within Agile/Scrum teams;
• Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira or similar);
• Basic knowledge of Git;
• English level: B1+ (comfortable in written and spoken communication with the team).

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of API testing (e.g., Postman);
• Familiarity with Cucumber (BDD);
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification.

What will you be responsible for?

• Design test cases for web UI functionality;
• Perform exploratory testing to identify edge cases and usability issues;
• Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution;
• Write and maintain automated test scripts (Java + Selenium/Selenide);
• Maintain test documentation (test plans, checklists, test cases);
• Continuously grow automation skills with support from senior QA engineers.
