What You Will Do
  • Own day-to-day legal support for the company's operations across multiple jurisdictions, including our Singapore entity

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements — Service Agreements, NDAs, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts

  • Advise leadership on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, bringing solutions, not just flags

  • Support employment and independent contractor-related legal matters across our distributed team

  • Identify legal risks early and propose practical, business-oriented solutions

  • Maintain legal templates, documentation, and internal policies as the company scales

  • Coordinate with external legal advisors when local legal expertise is required

  • Support corporate governance, compliance, visa, and other legal matters as needed

Who We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience as a Legal Counsel, Corporate Lawyer, or similar role

  • Experience supporting international B2B companies

  • Strong track record drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts

  • Experience in SaaS, IT, FinTech, Web3, or another technology-driven industry

  • Solid understanding of international commercial and corporate law

  • Russian and English (B2 or higher)

  • Comfortable working independently, prioritizing your own workload, and communicating directly with business stakeholders

  • Experience supporting compliance audits or certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, DORA, or similar) is a strong plus
