Responsibilities:
- Draft, review and manage day-to-day commercial contracts, including procurement agreements, distributor agreements, supply contracts and after-sales service agreements.
- Provide practical legal advice to business stakeholders on day-to-day matters.
- Help identify legal risks in business activities and escalate when necessary.
- Support the management of legal disputes, including coordination with external counsel.
- Assist in monitoring and implementing legal compliance policies and procedures. (including corporate, data protection, labor).
- Contribute to the preparation of internal guidelines, contract templates and legal training materials.
- Provide clear and structured legal summaries to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and maintain communication with the legal team at headquarters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, with knowledge of Uzbekistan law.
- Minimum 3 years of professional legal experience (in-house or law firm).
- Experience in commercial contract matters, corporate law and legal compliance.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work in an international environment.
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and team-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English, Uzbek and Russian (written and spoken).Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
