Managing director (banking services)

We are looking for Managing director (banking services) within the South Asian

countries.

Responsibilities

- Creating, expanding, and scaling the banking services infrastructure in South Asian countries;

- Building strategic partnerships, organising negotiations with an international banks, regulators, and government agencies;

- Coordinating of regulatory analysis, development and approval of country-specific solutions with the bank’s departments, including the execution of test banking operations.

Requirements

- Bachelor/Master of degree (Finance is preferrable);

- 10 or more years of experience in the departments of international settlements at banks (experience with Asia and Africa is preferred);

- 5 or more years of experience in management;

- In-depth knowledge: SWIFT, UCP600, foreign exchange regulation, KYC/AML, and correspondent banking relationships;

- Hands-on experience in launching international banking services in the new jurisdictions, and high-level negotiations with regulators, government authorities, and banks;

- English language: C1/C2;

- Ability to use an artificial intelligence (AI) in day-to-day work tasks.
