Main Job Responsibilities
• Analyze the construction materials market in Uzbekistan, the needs of B2B and B2C customers. • Participate in the development of a marketing strategy, implement a marketing plan, and monitor the budget and implementation of the plan. • Study competitors, create and promote competitive advantages for products. • Organize participation in exhibitions, seminars, and events. • Manage the company's digital presence (website, local platforms, and social media). • Prepare and distribute marketing and souvenir materials, manage the marketing warehouse. • Adapt packaging and product messages to the local audience. • Interact with contractors (printing, design, events); • Generate reports on the effectiveness of activities and provide analytics to management. Requirements• Higher education (marketing, economics, management, or related fields).
• Fluent command of Uzbek and Russian, English at the Upper-intermediate level.
• Knowledge of local regulations regarding marketing/ advertising.
• Understanding of the specifics of construction materials as an advantage.
• Confident command of MS Office and basic marketing tools.
• Planning, organization, and independent work skills.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing/marketing communications (preferably in the B2B or construction materials segment).
Terms
Official employment under an employment contract.
Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 5/2.
Experience working in an international team with a long history and expertise.
