- Oversee and manage daily hotel operations to ensure efficient and smooth business activities.
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Coordinate with department heads to achieve operational goals and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Manage operational budgets and control expenses effectively.
- Ensure health, safety, and security standards are maintained.
- Handle operational issues and resolve escalated guest complaints.
- Prepare operational reports and performance analyses for management review.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate department managers and supervisors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operational standards and guest service management.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Able to manage multiple departments and operational priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to analyze operational performance and implement improvements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluent in English.
