Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional manner.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately.
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests.
- Answer telephone calls and provide information to guests.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
- Maintain the reception area and front desk records.
- Handle guest complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and service standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service representative is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of hotel reservation systems is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
