GEELY AUTO Uzbekistan is looking for a Sales Administrator who will be responsible for sales planning, production order placement, coordination of vehicle deliveries to dealers, and preparation of operational reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in vehicle sales planning for the Uzbekistan market.
- Place orders in the production system and monitor order confirmation.
- Support the preparation and signing of contracts with the manufacturer.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, orders, and inventory levels.
- Monitor competitors’ prices, discounts, promotions, and market offers.
- Prepare vehicle supply orders from the distributor’s warehouse to dealers.
- Monitor dealer payments and coordinate vehicle shipments from the warehouse.
- Communicate with headquarters and prepare regular operational reports.
- Prepare reports for dealers on bonus programs.
- Verify bonus calculations and monitor bonus payments to dealers.
- Review bank reports on issued auto loans.
- Prepare payment data and coordinate bank commission payments with the Finance Department.
- Higher education in Economics, Finance, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in sales operations, sales administration, logistics, distribution, or dealer network operations.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Experience in preparing reports and working with large volumes of data.
- High attention to detail, responsibility, and strong organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Fluency in Russian and English.
- Experience in an automotive company or dealer network.
- Understanding of vehicle ordering, delivery, and sales processes.
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems.
- Experience working with banks and dealer bonus programs.
- Knowledge of Chinese.
- Employment in an international automotive company.
- Official employment in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
