Sales Manager (Evening Shift)

We are a global company helping clients across the world solve complex challenges. We are now looking for a specialist with excellent English who is ready to join our sales team and make a real impact.

What will you do:

• Communicate directly with international clients from various countries and industries.
• Work actively with hot leads — follow up promptly, build relationships, and guide prospects toward successful outcomes.
• Maintain and structure the client database in our CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Contribute to product development by sharing market feedback and client insights with internal teams.

Who are we looking for:

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (both written and spoken).
• You either have proven experience in sales or a strong, demonstrated motivation to develop in this field.
• You are not satisfied with simply "hitting the plan" — you aim for excellence and seek continuous growth.
• You are comfortable on the phone, enjoy conversations, and have no hesitation in making the first call.

The terms we offer are:

• Competitive base salary of $1200 per month, plus a progressive bonus system — total monthly income reaches $1800–$2000.
• Schedule: 5/2, from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, working from our office.
