We are looking for an SAP User Assistance Developer/ Technical Writer to join us. Let’s see if we are a good fit for each other! Required skills: 2+ years of experience in writing and producing user assistance deliverables for software products and services. University degree in technical writing, technical documentation, translation, or an equivalent field of study. Willingness to adapt quickly to change and acquire knowledge. Strong independent working skills combined with the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse global team. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (С1). Nice-to-have skills: Experience with DITA-based content management systems. Understanding of basic UI/UX concepts and practices. Responsibilities: Create and maintain high-quality user assistance (UA) deliverables to help users understand complex SAP software. These deliverables include, but are not limited to: terminology, UI text, user guides, multimedia content, API docs, and in-app help. Participate in and drive innovative projects to improve UA deliverables, processes, and content. Work closely with product management and development teams to deliver clear, concise, and accurate content. Build deep product knowledge, stay current with new trends and skills in user assistance, and share your learnings with the team. Collect and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously improve content. Be the advocate for user experience in your interactions with product management, development, and UX teams. Планируемое рабочее место на перспективу.
