Senior .NET/React Developer

Our client is a leading provider of cloud-based enterprise software. Their shipping and logistics software is easy to use, highly configurable, offers Expedia-like rate shopping, and connects seamlessly to other software to provide a real-time, integrated & connected transportation management solution. This is uniquely positioned for hyper-growth in one of the largest and fastest-growing global markets.
The ideal candidate has expert-level command of .NET and C#, paired with solid full-stack development experience. You're comfortable working across the stack — from building REST APIs and designing object-oriented systems to crafting responsive frontends with React.js and JavaScript. Proficiency in .NET Core, .NET Framework, and Microsoft SQL Server is expected. Familiarity with AI tools and automation testing will set you apart.

Requirements and responsibilities

- Demonstrated ability to develop software in 1-2 programming languages (e.g. React, C#, Java, etc.)
- Understanding and application of Object-Oriented Design principles.
- Experience with AI and automation tools to enhance software development processes and deliver more efficient, high-quality solutions.
- Application of design patterns.
- Work as part of a team delivering software solutions.
- Hands-on experience with the construction of complex engineering solutions and knowledge of software development methodologies.
- Partner with product, infrastructure, DevOps, architecture, and engineering to guide an initiative's technical direction.
- Engage in tribe-level ceremonies, including planning, grooming, product demonstrations, and retrospectives.
- Assist in enabling and maintaining the continuous delivery pipeline and exhibit a DevOps mindset to enable autonomy of agile scrum teams.
