Senior Project Manager (Strategy & Transformation)

OTP Bank Uzbekistan is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the Strategic Project Management Department. In this role, you will drive strategic and transformation initiatives, evaluate business cases, monitor project portfolios, and work closely with senior management to deliver high-impact business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and cross-functional projects from initiation through execution.
• Prepare and evaluate business cases for new strategic initiatives.
• Analyze business processes, products, and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor project implementation, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Manage project portfolio reporting, track KPIs, and assess business benefits realization.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and analytical materials for senior management.
• Facilitate communication between business units and key stakeholders.
• Ensure project governance standards and project management methodologies are consistently applied.
• Identify project risks and recommend corrective actions to achieve project objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, strategy, consulting, PMO, business transformation, or banking.
• Proven experience managing strategic or cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience preparing business cases, financial or business analysis, and executive presentations.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Advanced English is required; Russian is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Jira, Visio, ChatGPT or Claude will be considered an advantage.
