Job Title: Social Media Content Creator & Platform Manager – LoadConnect
About LoadConnect
LoadConnect is an AI-powered platform built to help truck dispatchers, owner-operators, and fleets find better loads faster, automate repetitive tasks, and improve profitability. We're looking for a creative, organized, and performance-driven Social Media Content Creator & Platform Manager to take full ownership of one social media platform dedicated to growing the LoadConnect brand.
Position Overview
As the Social Media Content Creator & Platform Manager, you will be responsible for managing one assigned social media platform (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, or X). Your role is to create engaging content that educates the trucking industry, showcases LoadConnect's features, drives engagement, and generates qualified leads and software sign-ups. You will own the platform from start to finish—from content planning and editing to publishing, community engagement, analytics, and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation

Create engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)

Produce carousel posts, graphics, and educational content

Edit customer testimonials and case studies

Create feature demonstrations and product walkthroughs

Repurpose podcasts, webinars, and long-form videos into social content

Write compelling captions and strong calls-to-action

Ensure all content aligns with the LoadConnect brand voice
Content Strategy & Platform Management
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that supports the company's marketing objectives, product launches, feature updates, promotional campaigns, and industry initiatives. Maintain a monthly content calendar that aligns with key business priorities while continuously researching trends within the trucking, logistics, dispatching, freight brokerage, and AI industries to create timely, engaging, and educational content.
Manage the day-to-day operation of your assigned social media platform by scheduling and publishing content consistently, optimizing each post for maximum reach and engagement, maintaining an organized content library, and ensuring all content adheres to established brand guidelines and messaging.
Actively foster an engaged online community by responding to comments and direct messages in a professional and timely manner, encouraging meaningful discussions with dispatchers, owner-operators, freight brokers, fleet owners, and other industry professionals. Escalate customer service inquiries or technical support requests to the appropriate internal team while helping build a positive and trusted brand presence across all social media channels.
Analytics & Reporting
Prepare a weekly performance report summarizing content published, key metrics including views, reach, engagement, watch time, shares, saves, click-through rate, website traffic, and conversions, while highlighting top- and lowest-performing content. The report should also provide audience insights and actionable recommendations to improve future content performance and overall social media results.
Growth & Optimization
Continuously improve platform performance by monitoring industry trends, analyzing competitors, researching audience behavior, and testing new hooks, thumbnails, captions, posting strategies, and content formats. Identify viral opportunities, recommend new recurring content series, and provide data-driven recommendations to increase reach, engagement, and overall audience growth.
Required Qualifications

Experience managing a business social media account

Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)

Canva or Adobe Creative Suite experience

Excellent written communication skills

Strong understanding of social media algorithms

Ability to work independently
