Your day-to-day:

  • Lead the development and execution of consumer acquisition initiatives to attract new adult consumers and strengthen consumer engagement.

  • Manage and optimize consumer-focused programs across multiple channels and touchpoints, ensuring a seamless consumer journey.

  • Design and implement activation campaigns, trial programs, loyalty mechanics, and other engagement initiatives to support business objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver impactful consumer experiences and drive business results.

  • Analyze program performance, identify insights, and recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team, ensuring clear priorities, effective resource allocation, and high performance.

Who we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in Consumer Experience, Marketing, Commercial, Customer Engagement, B2C, or related fields.

  • Proven experience in people management and team leadership.

  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience developing and implementing consumer engagement, acquisition, or customer experience initiatives.

  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

  • Experience within FMCG, Retail, Telecom, Financial Services, or other consumer-centric industries will be considered an advantage.

  • Proficiency in English is preferred.
