Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy to support AI and digital transformation initiatives.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers, understanding business requirements and translating them into practical technology solutions.
• Act as the bridge between customers and internal engineering teams, ensuring smooth communication and successful project delivery.
• Evaluate customers’ existing IT infrastructure, identify integration challenges, and propose appropriate technical solutions.
• Participate in client meetings, technical presentations, solution workshops, and pre-sales activities together with the business development team.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and project management teams to ensure high-quality implementation and delivery.
• Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends in AI, cloud computing, enterprise software, and digital transformation to support business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT, digital transformation, software solutions, AI technologies, or technology consulting.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Enterprise software solutions (B2B);
  • Digital transformation projects;
  • Technology consulting;
  • AI solution implementation;
  • Enterprise architecture or IT transformation.
• Experience leading large enterprise technology projects or managing cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT architecture, cloud technologies, system integration, software implementation, and AI applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers and participating in pre-sales or solution consulting activities.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Fluent in Kazakh and English. Knowledge of Chinese will be considered an advantage.
