We are seeking a proactive, well-organized, and customer-focusedDestination Representative / Guide in Bishkek to coordinate and manage on-ground services for our guests. This role combinesguiding, administrative coordination, and guest support, ensuringthe highest level of service is consistently delivered. Key Responsibilities • Meet & Greet: Welcome guests upon arrival at theairport and assist with smooth transfers to and from the hotel. • Excursion Coordination: Organize and leadscheduled excursions and activities in and around Almaty, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently. • Customer Assistance: Serve as the main point ofcontact for guests during their stay, offering support, information, and resolving any issues promptly. • Administrative Support: Coordinate with localsuppliers (transportation, guides, activity providers) and handle daily reporting and service documentation. • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of servicesprovided and report any concerns to the Dubai head office. • Emergency Handling: Be available for guests in caseof emergencies or unforeseen changes in itinerary (e.g. cancellations, delays). • Sales Support: Promote optional tours and additional services to guests when relevant. Requirements • Fluency in English • Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or guestrelations is an advantage • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude. • Local knowledge of Almaty and surrounding touristattractions.
