UI/UX Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to help design user-centered digital experiences across our web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong visual design skills with a deep understanding of user behavior to craft interfaces that are both beautiful and highly functional. Key Responsibilities: Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate findings into design decisions Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final UI designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs Define and maintain design systems, visual style guides, and reusable components Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to improve design and experience Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to align design with business goals Ensure responsiveness and accessibility across all designs Requirements: 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with user interface design, user experience design, and visual design Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar Good understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and responsive design Ability to create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes Strong communication and collaboration skills What We Offer: 🕘 Standard 5/2 work schedule — Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 🍽️ Office lunches provided daily 🎉 Team-building & corporate events — regular gatherings to stay connected and have fun 📚 Self-study support — we encourage continuous learning and provide resources or reimbursement for relevant courses, books, or tools 🌴 30 days of paid vacation per year 💰 Competitive salary starting from $1500+ (final offer discussed during the interview and depends on your experience and skill level)
