Описание вакансии
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
- Managing the recruitment and selection process;
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues;
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program;
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Need to comminicate English
- 8 working hours 09:00-18:00 (Saturday and Sunday day off)
- Lunch is provided by company (lunch time 13:00-14:00)
- Good working enviorenment
- Need to go business trip to Jizzakh company's factory every week. (business trip expenses will be paid by company)
