Traveling Garment Quality Inspector/QC

As we continue expanding our manufacturing network, we are looking for a Traveling Garment Quality Inspector to perform quality inspections at our partner factories across China.

We are open to both project-based cooperation and long-term employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections of finished garments at partner factories.
• Verify products against approved samples, tech packs, size charts, and order requirements.
• Inspect fabrics, trims, sewing quality, embroidery, printing, packaging, and labeling.
• Perform random inspections, including garment measurements, seam quality, stains, holes, color consistency, finishing, and other quality checks.
• Take photos of identified issues and prepare detailed inspection reports.
• Calculate defect rates and identify items requiring rework.
• Communicate directly with factory representatives regarding corrective actions and perform follow-up inspections after rework.
• Report quality risks and critical issues to the LOOK ONLINE team in a timely manner.
• Ensure inspections are carried out in accordance with company quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a garment quality inspector.
• Previous experience conducting on-site factory inspections.
• Good knowledge of woven and knit fabrics, garment construction, and apparel manufacturing processes.
• Experience with denim products and washing processes is an advantage.
• Ability to read tech packs, specifications, and size charts.
• Knowledge of AQL inspection standards is considered a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in using measuring tools and quality control equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel frequently to factories across China.
• English or Russian language skills sufficient to prepare professional inspection reports.
• Fluent English is required.
• Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
