Could you be the full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist in Astana we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your communication expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Talent Acquisition Leader Arman Gabbasov, and work alongside passionate and inquisitive teammates.
You'll guarantee a steady supply of candidates. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering etc.), contribute to university relations, employer branding projects and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of building talent pipelines, but also support entire recruitment process including organizing interviews, competence appraisal etc.
We’ll look to you for:
- Sourcing top talent for BC and WC positions;
- Contributing to recruitment strategy development;
- Coordinating work with partners, specifically universities and colleges;
- Participating in and leading HR projects.
