Responsibilities
- Perform written translation of technical documentation (RU / EN / TJ)
- Translate specifications, manuals, reports, and contracts
- Translate documents to/from Tajik language
- Review and edit translations for accuracy and consistency
- Ensure correct use of technical terminology
- Collaborate with technical specialists
- Required to have general understanding of how projects are carried out, including Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and labor legislation
- Higher education (Linguistics / Translation / Technical field)
- 5 years of experience as a technical translator
- Language skills:
- Russian — fluent
- English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Tajik — mandatory (written and spoken)
- Experience with technical documentation
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience in engineering / industrial companies
- Knowledge of technical terminology (engineering, certification, inspection, etc.)
