Regional Trainer GCC

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Training sales staff on service standards, sales techniques, and product assortment
2. Providing post-training support and follow-up for employees
3. Conducting assessment activities
4. Supporting mentors and new employees during the onboarding period
5. Preparing reports on training results and staff evaluation outcomes
6. Planning employees’ career and professional development
7. Methodological work – development and adaptation of training materials
8. Organizing training sessions and assessment events

REQUIREMENTS

Minumum Qualifications:

1. Fluent English and Russian
2. UAE Driving license and own car
3. Readiness to travel within UAE and Qatar

Education

1. University degree
2. Advanced training courses in Learning & Development

Work Experience

1. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (Training Manager or L&D Specialist)
2. Experience in perfumery & cosmetics retail, beauty, or fashion industry
3. Knowledge of the GCC market specifics and cultural context is an advantage

Professional Competencies

1. Strong communication skills
2. Ability to design and adapt training programs
3. Ability to conduct trainings and presentations at a high standard
4. Analytical skills for evaluating training effectiveness
5. Knowledge of modern adult learning and development methodologies (e.g., gamification, coaching, mentoring)

Language Skills

1. Fluent English (spoken and written)
2. Fluent Russian
3. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage

Salary: AED 10000 + KPI (up to AED 5000)
