Regional Trainer GCC
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Training sales staff on service standards, sales techniques, and product assortment
- Providing post-training support and follow-up for employees
- Conducting assessment activities
- Supporting mentors and new employees during the onboarding period
- Preparing reports on training results and staff evaluation outcomes
- Planning employees’ career and professional development
- Methodological work – development and adaptation of training materials
- Organizing training sessions and assessment events
REQUIREMENTS
Minumum Qualifications:
- Fluent English and Russian
- UAE Driving license and own car
- Readiness to travel within UAE and Qatar
Education
- University degree
- Advanced training courses in Learning & Development
Work Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (Training Manager or L&D Specialist)
- Experience in perfumery & cosmetics retail, beauty, or fashion industry
- Knowledge of the GCC market specifics and cultural context is an advantage
Professional Competencies
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to design and adapt training programs
- Ability to conduct trainings and presentations at a high standard
- Analytical skills for evaluating training effectiveness
- Knowledge of modern adult learning and development methodologies (e.g., gamification, coaching, mentoring)
Language Skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Fluent Russian
- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage

Salary: AED 10000 + KPI (up to AED 5000)
